SELECTION PROCESS
KISMET Magazine has an exclusive level of images that we accept, if your artistic touch or flair does not meet our standards then your submission will not proceed any further. Submissions are evaluated by our team under management guidelines. If we do not respond to your email it means that your caliber was not matched with KISMET Magazine or you are in conflict with our policy on submissions – please ensure you are familiar with our conditions before you submit any materials.

All submissions will be treated fairly, however due to the high standard KISMET Management team must follow we cannot guarantee that we can give you a feature. Failure to comply with our conditions will immediately mean that those images or whole submission will be void and not used.

Deadlines are strict - Failure to meet any deadline provided will instantly void your submission, our team will advise you on the latest possible date, by making any attempt to change this places strain on our teams forecast and therefore will be cancelled. Failure to participate after you have been given approval will delay any future possible application, or may not be accepted by the KISMET Magazine team. The decision made by KISMET Magazine team will be final and not open to changes.

STANDARD KISMET MAGAZINE/COOL DESIGNS CONDITIONS:
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU SUBMITT YOUR MATERIALS.

1) By submitting your material(s) to us You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others understand and agree that KISMET Magazine's are international and online, that we are part of the media and publicity sectors therefore we have a submission policy that is accepted upon submitting your material(s) to us.

2) The person submitting the content(s) for KISMET Magazine acknowledges they have read, understood, accepted and are fully responsible within the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3) To ensure that we can provide the highest quality image on the internet, we require all of our magazine(s) to be prepared in a high resolution format.

4) KISMET Magazine will not be responsible or liable for errors that may be presented by the information provided/submitted to us by You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or other(s).

5) KISMET Magazine will not tolerate in any shape or form, any slander, defamation against our companies this includes - verbal, written, made public or on the internet etc:

6) KISMET Magazine does not accept political agendas.

7) When submitting material(s) to KISMET Magazine You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others are submitting to an online magazine therefore the magazine will be viewed by people worldwide. By submitting your material(s) you grant us the rights to the images/artwork for use of marketing and promotional purposes within the KISMET Magazine and Cool Designs (Cool Designs owns KISMET Magazine) operations and therefore will keep the images/artwork in our achieves. Images/artwork will not be sold or transferred. Refer to number 16)

8) We will refuse submissions if we feel they are unethical, racist, violent, discriminating, or illegal please consider your design, photographs, images, body copy/text before submitting them to us. Please ensure that the content does not discuss, mention or cover, race, religion, politics or degrade anyone or anything. 

9) KISMET Magazine has the rights to refuse any submission(s), or remove your submission without any reason or justified cause.

10) At no stage past, present or in the future may the You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or other(s) claim for any reason to KISMET Magazine, Photographer(s) or others any form of compensation, royalties and rights to the image(s)/artwork. By submitting to KISMET Magazine You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others are responsible to ensure all rights have been waived.

11) Any attempt to present a submission with the intention of marketing a Brand or Company will be treated as marketing this includes any websites, company names (model agencies or other agencies), Special Thanks, products used for photo shoots or others etc:   – this will be either removed from the selection or invoiced with immediate payment required.

12) Please refrain from submitting sexual, nude images or photographs. This includes any images: illustrations, digital or paintings. KISMET Magazine has the rights to refuse submission with breaches of these.

13) No changes will be made to material(s)/page(s) after our magazine has gone live, however KISMET Magazine reserves the right to remove or withdraw without reason. At no stage, past, present or future can You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others request a withdraw from our magazine's after it has been released online.

14) Any changes requested after the magazine has gone live will incur a fee per change.

15) All projects are voluntary and therefore your submission(s) will not be entitled to any fees or commissions and must be free from any royalties past, present and future.

16) By submitting your work to KISMET Magazine You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others hold full responsibility for copyright on the materials that you present to us, You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others are totally responsible for breaches of copyright and KISMET Magazine will use the full force of international law to enforce this.

17) When submitting themed Front Cover(s), Fashion Story(ies) or Artwork to KISMET Magazine(s) it is part of your agreement with KISMET Magazine(s) that You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others can use the work in your portfolio however You/Your Company/Model/Model Agency or others must place in the credits "Work done for KISMET Magazine"

18) KISMET Magazine will not accept any third party websites including Social Groups, Art Communities or such like. Without a direct website address we will not provide any links.

19) KISMET Magazine reserves the right to change your text/body copy without any reason or justified cause.

20) ALL MODELS MUST BE AGED 18+. KISMET MAGAZINE AND ITS AFFLIATES TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERROR OR OMISSIONS FOR IMAGES. IMAGES ARE PROVIDED TO KISMET FOR PUBLIC AND COMMERCIAL VIEWING WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE OR CLAIM.

21) People must be 18 years and over to submit work to KISMET Magazine.
